Book the Badger Band

Do you want to spice up your event, party, wedding or parade with something memorable that people will be talking about for decades (well, at least a few months, anyway)? Why not book the Badger Band? The Badger Band (or, at least a part of the Band) makes many appearances throughout the year all over the state and are always a hit wherever they go.

Please contact the following people depending on your event:

For "whole-band" type of events such as Spring Varsity Band Run-Out Concerts, please email the UW Bands Administrative Associate, Shannon Schaefer, at smschaefer@wisc.edu. Please note that Run-Out Concerts cannot be scheduled until mid-October of each year for the following Spring semester (January-April).

To book events such as weddings, private parties, corporate functions, parades, etc. where a small contingent of the Band is needed, please contact one of our Student Booking Managers, depending on the date of your event.

We also ask that you adhere to and be aware of the following stipulations:

• Contact us at least a month in advance of your function.
• Bookings are done on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Bookings are also dependent upon the time of year and the availability of our students.
• Summer functions fill up quickly and are also harder to commit to because school is not in session.
• Bookings are not done until members of the band can be contacted as to their availability.
