Book the Badger Band

Do you want to spice up your event, party, wedding or parade with something memorable that people will be talking about for decades (well, at least a few months, anyway)? Why not book the Badger Band? The Badger Band (or, at least a part of the Band) makes many appearances throughout the year all over the state and are always a hit wherever they go.

Please contact the following people depending on your event:

For "whole-band" type of events such as run out concerts, please email Gail Johnson at gjjohnso@wisc.edu.

To book events such as weddings, private parties, corporate functions, parades, etc. where a small contingent of the Band is needed for dates during the year 2010, please email our Band Manager, Franziska Hasselhof, at hasselhof@wisc.edu or call her at 608-475-0329.

Starting August 1, 2010, you may book events taking place after January 1st, 2011. To do so, please e-mail Brian McFadden at bmcfadden@wisc.edu or call him at 608-770-7761.

We also ask that you adhere to and be aware of the following stipulations:

• Contact us at least a month in advance of your function.
• Bookings are done on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Bookings are also dependent upon the time of year and the availability of students.
• Summer functions fill up quickly and are also harder to commit to because school is not in session.
• Bookings are not done until members of the band can be contacted as to their availability.
