Steve Singel Award

A junior from Amery, WI, Rachel Elbing was the winner of the Crazy Horse Custer Award. Rachel is in her 3rd year with the Wisconsin Band as a member of the percussion section, playing cymbals. Rachel is majoring in Kinesiology.
PA Award
Marni Portner of St. Louis, MO was the recipient of the PA Custer Award Marni is majoring in Zoology and Psychology and is a member of the trumpet section.
MVP Award
Snare Drum rank leader Scott Fischer was named the Most Valuable Percussionist by his peers in the percussion section. Scott is a fourth year member from McFarland, WI and is majoring in French and Political Science.
Karl Strieby Award
"Congratulations" to senior David Bauer who earned the Karl Strieby Award for 2006. David is from Manawa, WI and is majoring in Spanish. He is a member of the trumpet section and the Rank 10 Leader.
